Warranty Coverage
VTEK is designed to last! VTEK warrants Weather Armor™ Paint Protection Film and Solar Armor™ Window Tint, professionally installed by authorized film installers in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures, to be free from product manufacturing defects such as bubbling, cracking, peeling and fading.
Claim Process
If the original purchaser experiences Product failure they must first contact the original installer who installed the Product. The original installer must be permitted
sufficient time and opportunity to inspect and examine the Products that were claimed to be defective in order to evaluate and respond to any warranty claim. All decisions regarding the existence of manufacturing defects which are covered by this limited warranty shall be made by VTEK and shall be final and binding.
Limitations
Except where prohibited by law, VTEK and the installer of the VTEK Product shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the VTEK product, whether direct, in direct, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted including warranty contract, negligence or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
Warranty Period
VTEK warrants their Weather Armor™ Paint Protection Film and Solar Armor™ Window Tint for a duration of 3 years to Lifetime, based on geographical area. See table below:
